WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT MAKES ACCURATE COLLISION DIFFERENT?
We specialize in insurance claims handling in which we work with your insurance company so your claim is expedited in the most efficient manner. Our collision center is certified in structural repairs, body repairs and refinishing.
DO I HAVE TO GO TO THE SHOP MY INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDS?
No you do not. You can always take your car to our shop. You have the freedom of choice; it’s a Massachusetts state law. Your insurance company can not tell you where to go in order to repair your vehicle; you have the freedom to choose. If you feel pressured by your insurance company we can help you handle this situation by guiding you through this unfortunate practice. The primary concern of any given insurance company is to pay the least amount possible. We ensure that the insurance carriers pay the proper amount for the proper repairs even if the cost is more significant.
DO I NEED MULTIPLE ESTIMATES?
No, you do not need to get multiple estimates; you only need to notify your insurance company as to where you will be having your repairs done. Your insurance company will work hand in hand with your choice of shop to ensure you receive the service and quality repairs you have come to expect.
WHAT IF MY INSURANCE COMPANY PROVIDES A LOWER ESTIMATE?
In the event that the insurance estimate you received is less than ours, our team will conduct a supplement. This process allows our team to renegotiate your appraisal with the insurance company to secure the proper funds for the proper repairs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MORE DAMAGE IS FOUND?
Today’s vehicles are very complex, so it can be difficult to see all the damage during the initial inspection. Therefore, finding additional damage has become very common; estimates written prior to the thorough disassembly of a vehicle, inevitability results in additional damages that were initially hidden/overlooked. If additional damage is found, it is documented and discussed with you and the insurance company.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
Before dropping off your vehicle, we recommend that you remove your personal belongings or anything of value.
